1. All sales are final. We provide a 30-day money back guarantee if you return your product within 30 days of initial receipt of product. Shipping costs for returns will be payed for by the customer returning the product, unless the product was received in a defective or broken manner.
2. Refunds. Our refund policy is to provide full refunds for products that brake in routine use during the first 30 days following the customer's initial receipt of the product(s). Should you choose to utilize the 30-day money back policy you must contact email@example.com and arrange for your return and refund. No refunds will be issued for items that are refused at the time of delivery. If you decide you no longer desire an item that was purchased from our website, and you are still within your 30-day guarantee, you may return the item, at your own expense, for a full refund in the amount of your payment for the item being returned. Customers must email Service@oldgloryflagpole.com prior to sending the return to recieve the most current return instructions. Again, items rejected at the time of delivery will not be refunded. Customers wishing to make a return will not return the item(s) to the return address, but will send them to the returns department whose address will be attained by the customer following receipt of an email at Service@oldgloryflagpole.com. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
3. Warranties. Warranties must be purchased within 7 days of the purchase of the item to be covered by warranty to be considered valid. Should you wish to see the warranty, your hard copy can be requested from Service@oldgloryflagpole.com.
